<p class="MsoNormal">Today's announcement from AGU of this year's Section Awardees and Named Lecturers includes Erin Robinson, our highly accomplished and deserving Executive Director, as this year's Greg Leptoukh Lecture recipient. I've had the pleasure of
working with Erin for over 13 years in our parallel tracks through ESIP leadership and can't overstate the impact that she has had on ESIP, first at ESIP's Community Director, and then as ESIP's Executive Director for the past six years. She has shepherded
us through phenomenal growth, restructuring into a single organization, solidified our connections with a growing base of sponsors, and built and managed a phenomenal staff that maintains their primary focus on keeping ESIP moving forward as the leader in
community-engaged Earth science data and informatics. Accomplishing all of this while also developing and maintaining personal connections that will last long past her tenure in ESIP. <o:p></o:p></p>
