[ESIP-AQ] AIP-3 replaces ESIP call this week

The GEOSS Architecture Implementation Pilot, Phase III (AIP-3) is kicking
into gear. As we did during AIP-2, let's plan to replace some of the
bi-weekly ESIP calls with the AIP-3 group calls since there is substantial
overlap in topics and objectives. However, unlike last time, the AIP-3 calls
are on Thursdays, rather than Fridays, to accommodate more participation by
European groups. From time to time, we'll also schedule our Friday calls to
address ESIP-specific topics (e.g., summer meeting).

The first bi-weekly AIP-3 Air Quality & Health Workgroup call is scheduled
for Thursday, 1 April,  at 14:00 UTC (10AM Eastern).  (check your
