[Esip-citationguidelines] Meeting tomorrow

Hey folks, 

We’re  on tomorrow at 10:00 Mountain Time

The goal is to digest the results of the winter meeting <https://2021esipwintermeeting.sched.com/event/g4AI/credit-for-research-artifacts> and determine what next. I think we need to pick a focus. 

Along those lines, do we want a summer meeting session? Also do we need to shift times to accommodate  the Australians (basically impossible)?
