[Esip-citationguidelines] Canceling Tomorrow's Research Artifact Citation Cluster Meeting

Hi All,

Apologies for canceling two months in a row, but both Mark and I will not unavailable for tomorrow's meeting. (My whole family has been sick for the last couple of weeks and we're still recovering so I should also apologize for not properly communicating that our meeting last week was postponed until this week).

The plan will be to regroup in December!
