[Esip-citationguidelines] A quick question for the group

OK, here are 2 more versions.  I think we need to vote.  Let me know whether you like:

1 - plain black & white
2 - hollow colors
3 - solid colors

Any other comments?  I note that Mark has exactly as many lines as he put in the table.

Lastly, I have the originals at full-resolution; but these are mini-versions to make emailing easier!
