Last meeting, we decided to focus our future effort on developing guidelines for how to determine “authorship” or citation-level credit for data. To help us get started, I have added two new tabs to our Objects and Concerns Spreadsheet:

Credit_Role_Ontology_Data</a>. I went through each of the ISO roles and did the activity that we did for CREDIT. I realized that ISO doesn't seem like it will help us meet our new goal of developing authorship guidelines for data. Many of the roles seem a bit
too generic like author, originator, collaborator, and contributor. The Credit Role Ontology seems to have a bit more granularity and will likely be a better fit for our next activity. That being said, I welcome different opinions and we can discuss on Thursday.
