[Esip-preserve] Data Management course landing page changes

Hi Nancy,

I like the updates (I am assuming that the actual updates would take standard white space and such look N feel norms into account).  So, sorry to say it, but I can't think of an excuse to call a special telecon about this.

If we ever get more content created we may need to a bit more organization but this certainly is a great step forward and is probably quite sufficient for the moment (well with the addition of those schema.org tags).
