[Esip-preserve] Draft Budget Request for Travel to Present on ESIP Preservation & Stewardship Activities

Rama, Ruth, and all -

I appreciate your comments and have added "similar events that focus on 
data stewardship", which I hope addresses Rama's point. I also deleted 
the ESIP Meetings as initially recommended by Ruth, made minor 
corrections to address comments received off list, and accepted the 
tracked changes. Please find the revised document attached and feel free 
to further improve it further or include it with the other budget items 
that are being prepared for the budget proposal.
