[Esip-preserve] FW: ESIP Summer Meeting Sessions Accepted - Agenda Review by 5/9

All,

I went in to the google spreadsheet provide by Erin and marked all the sessions I thought were from the Data Stewardship Committee as listed in our session ideas document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1STQr_p-tO8oM-_qxQCBBP_2Aj2KyMng_qj_wIZFndZc/edit?usp=sharing. There were a couple on that document that I did not see an obvious correspondence to in the spreadsheet. I would appreciate folks looking at their own proposed sessions and see if anything got left out. Based on Erin’s note below, nothing was left out, so I may not be finding them properly.

Hi All - 

 

Thanks so much for getting all of your sessions in on time. We have a great agenda shaping up for the 2015 ESIP Summer <http://commons.esipfed.org/2015SummerMeeting>  Meeting. We were able to accommodate all the sessions that have been submitted so far and still have some space available for a few more emergent sessions that come up over the next few weeks.  

 

Please review this google spreadsheet <https://docs.google.com/a/esipfed.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArDAFB2BsbfRdFpuQnpUVzJNcHM1VmRRY0pITjFSUkE#gid=1>  of the schedule by COB on Friday, May 9 and email Annie Burgess (annieburgess at esipfed.org), our new ESIP Community Director (!), with identified major conflicts. Feel free to color code like sessions and move things around yourselves. Annie and I have started doing this and it's helpful for us to track things in rooms.
