Hi folks, I wanted to pass along a session proposal for ESIP Winter Meeting led by the Semantic Harmonization group. Take a look if it sounds interesting to you.

Cheers, Adam

Pier set up a document for us to write a session proposal
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TS2KyXvkpzbLykElm9cFGeUIY7D-uc-vpm4VCcvr0kM/edit

Based on last week's 2 meetings I added some thoughts and people can add their own
ideas for the session. I used this as a working title: Towards a Trustworthy Data Network for Marine Data in the Ocean Decade

And this as a summary of the session topic:
how to bridge the marine data cluster, semantic tech groups. We think of it like a joint session about how all of those things come together to view the Ocean Decade involving a trusted data network. ODIS as one sort of unifying thing between the semantics and the process of trustworthy data sharing discovery schema, marine data, and others. (But we also think that Science on Schema.org<http://schema.org/> is an important element to cover.)

I added some ideas on trust and I think that we can use this to show some of ODIS's values.

Feel free to reach out to others in the Marine Data Cluster or the Ocean Decade that might.
