[Esip-semanticharmonization] 2020 ESIP Summer Meeting - Time to Set up our Schedule

We have Kai and Bill giving their GOLD intervention and challenge for us
to harmonise some cryo terms - that should be enough. When did we
discuss upper-level ontology? We're operating at a more mid-level to
link with the domain experts.
