[esip-semantictech] Next ESIP Semantic Technologies Budget

Hi Tom,
At the last meeting, someone asked where last years budget wasŠ no one
seemed to know.
Do you know where it is so some of us new comers can get a peek into
format and content?
Off the top of my head, some things which were mentioned were
 * there may be nothing wrong with resubmitting/repurposing last years
budget req.
 * the Semantic Ontology Implementation/COR/whatever needs to be factored
into the budget
 * Bhaskar spoke very encouragingly about putting some kind of
paper/article/journal entry together representing the direction of
semantics within the Earth Sciences. Maybe we could request some budget
resources to drive this work on?
