[Bessig] BESSIG email list, see you tomorrow!

Hi BESSIG members,

We now have an email list we can all use to reach the group.  Thank you 
Erin Robinson and ESIP!

The address is bessig at lists.esipfed.org.   It's a mailman list with the 
usual functionality, including self subscribing and unsubscribing, etc.

I'll update the web site soon with this information.  In the mean time 
feel free to let new people know about it.  And please use it!
