[Bessig] HPC profiler tutorials at the Software Engineering Conference

The UCAR Software Engineering Assembly (SEA) is holding its annual 
technical conference and HPC profiler tutorials on 1–5 April at UCAR’s 
Center Green campus in Boulder, CO. The meeting is intended to appeal to 
software engineers working at institutions developing software focused 
on scientific disciplines.
