[Bessig] Google Plus / Google Drive for BESSIG?

I see no reason not to have lots of social media outlets, if there are people with time to keep them up to date.

But if we want cool collaboration, I've been more and more impressed with google plus / google drive / google groups, google hangouts (video) etc.  I suggest setting up a Google Plus "community" for BESSIG.

And now that CU has rolled out google apps for education campus-wide, there should be lots of synergy, expertise, more control over privacy, more flexibility, etc etc.

Perhaps we could also look for speakers who can talk about the intersection of these sorts of general-purpose social networks with academia, professional networks, consortia, etc.
