[Bessig] Informal Software meet-up June 7, 2016

Hello BESSIG,

Let's have our informal software discussion at St Julien (on Walnut) on
Tuesday, June 7, at 4:30. I don't have a formal anything with this other
than the previously stated discussion around reusability/readiness models
as we look at different aspects of code maturity, project maturity and how
we manage those within grant cycles.

If you have thoughts on any of those areas but can't make the get-together,
I am still interested in what you have to say. These opportunities don't
come along often or involve the EO or data communities so comment away
(I'll note that I will send out the ESIP draft for comment in a few weeks
as well).
