fyi: Lessons from this morning's presentation (at NASA GSFC) by the
producers of the NPR podcast and radio show Hidden Brain. Title: “Audio
Magic: Telling Stories With Sound" The lessons are in the context of
audio stories; but, they're mostly applicable to our CRT stories as
well. I took photos of all 11 slides corresponding to the lessons.
Please let me know if you've questions about any one; I've some
additional notes. Thanks.

1. Order matters

2. Set the stakes

3. Experts = characters

4. Let tape guide the story

5. Sound design is like dancing

6. Let it go

7. Stories anchor abstract ideas

8. Writing is everything

9. Write drunk*, edit sober     * figuratively

10. Signpost signpost signpost

11. Leave listeners with a final thought
