[Esip-agclimate] Time change for Ag & Climate telecons

Hi, everyone:


We've a schedule conflict for the remaining Ag & Climate telecons of this year (Sep. - Dec.) and need to move the begin time of the calls from 3 pm Eastern / 12 noon Pacific to 1:45 pm Eastern / 10:45 am Pacific. Date remains the same (first Tuesday of the month). Please respond if this change would cause major problems for you. Thanks.
