Hi ACC folks:

Next week's scheduled call is on Tuesday 2020-12-01 @ 1500 hrs eastern. I
will be presenting a talk titled "Science, technology, and policy aspects
of carbon management". The Gotomeeting URL is

The fully qualified meeting coordinates (with call-in numbers) is pasted
below if you need.

*Abstract. *The talk will focus on selected aspects of agriculture
science, technology, and policy related to carbon sequestration in soils,
including matters addressed in a 2020 draft bill introduced in the US House
of Representatives titled the "Agriculture Resilience Act". The talk is a
very brief preview of topics that will be further discussed in two accepted
ESIP 2021 winter meeting sessions titled "Carbon Management, Food,
Agriculture, Human well-being: Using informatics to connect the climate
action dots" and "Science and the US Government: Where does your
contribution fit into the picture?" Time permitting, I will also
demonstrate a nano-experiment in using a Neo4j labeled property graph
database to visualize the interconnections between these topics and
selected Sustainable Development Goal targets that cluster members recently
discussed in earlier ACC calls.

Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving weekend!
