Hello Cluster:

We meet next Tuesday 2021-01-19 at 1500 hrs EASTERN to finalize details for three ACC-related events at the ESIP winter 2021 meeting.  As some of you have seen, your feedback to these sessions are used to modify our original plans, so please join us.  There will be no formal presentations, just short introductory remarks (perhaps with a few slides) on what each of the ACC-related events is about before we start discussing how we foresee those events unfolding during the ESIP winter meeting.  The three ACC-related events that we shall discuss next Tuesday are:

  1. Our contribution to this session is a demonstration of an iPython notebook that uses curated ontologies (including ENVO) and a graph database to visualize the relationships between information entities.  This approach will also be briefly demonstrated in the carbon management session.
We shall be spending the majority of our meeting discussing item #1 above.
