[Esip-agclimate] No cluster meeting on Tuesday February 2

Hi all,

Given that we just finished the ESIP winter meeting, Bill and I have
decided against holding a cluster meeting on February 2.  In this period
leading up to our first scheduled meeting in March, we will be talking to
some folks to get some ideas for a 2021 cluster agenda that we'll put
before the cluster for comments.
