level" at the Federation Winter Meeting (1/5-1/7 in DC)

products/services. 

  b. Skills database, describing resources available within the
Federation

  c. Inventory of Impact metrics as they relate to our products and
services

  d. Namespace (using XML/RDF/OWL) of Federation resources to support
web services

4. Proposed bylaw changes to better represent Committee activities
