    In addition to finishing your holiday shopping, don't forget that today is the deadline for making hotel reservations for the Federation's Winter meeting on January 4th, 5th & 6th. This gathering has it all - a technical track that will resolve real life interoperability problems, an opportunity fair to generate new collaborations and top-level policy briefings by Lautenbacker of NOAA, Birk of NASA and Foley of the EPA. Hope to see you in Washington!
