[ESIP-all] ESIP Federation - Hotel Deadline Extended to May 16

Don't forget to secure your hotel room for the upcoming ESIP Federation
meeting.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel Mission
Valley for our group. Reserve your room at  <http://doubletree.hilton.com/>
www.doubletree.com and use the Group/Convention Code ESI (reservations also
can be made by calling 800-222-TREE). The conference rate is $129/night,
plus tax. Hotel reservations must be made by May 16, 2005 (deadline extended
by 2 days). Act now so that you do not miss out on a room at the conference
property.  The hotel is beautiful and convenient and is expected to be full
during our time there.  Check out www.esipfed.org/meeting for more
information about the program.

Self-parking at the hotel is $10/night (valet $15/night). A free hotel
shuttle is available from the airport between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. To request
pick up from the airport, call the hotel once you have arrived in San Diego.
(The return trip to the airport incurs a $5 charge and requires a 24-hour
advance sign up.)

Also, the NASA DSWG (aka SEEDS) will be meeting during and after the
Federation meeting.  Because demand is likely to be high between our 2
groups, make your reservation now to avoid having to find accommodations
elsewhere.
