PDC is preparing a proposal for a USTDA solicitation to develop an Early
Warning Tsunami Detection System for Indonesia.  We are looking for a
company that has experience and expertise in the real-time collection,
processing and assimilation from broadband environmental sensors,
including detecting earthquakes and tsunamis.   
 
I recalled our discussion about ESIP partners helping other partners...
If figured that one of the ESIP partners has undoubtedly has a solution
and thought you might be able to point someone in our direction (or vice
versa). 
 
Please get in touch directly with Stan Goosby who is leading this effort
for PDC.  He will need proposal inputs early next week (short company
blurb, resume, past performance, etc.)
