[ESIP-all] Results of Constitution and Bylaws Revisions Ballot

Thank you to everyone who participated in the online election that ended
on 11/24.  I am pleased to report that the proposed revisions to the
Constitution and Bylaws overwhelmingly passed.  Text of the now- adopted
changes is available at
http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Constitution_and_Bylaws.  An updated
version of both the Constitution and Bylaws will be posted later this
week.
 
In addition, Jeff Arnfield has been unanimously elected to serve as
Chairman of the Products and Services Committee.  Congratulations to
Jeff and many thanks to him for his willingness to lead this Committee.
Thanks to Vice Chair Marty Landsfeld who filled in until a chair was
found.
