[ESIP-all] Election Results

I am pleased to announce that the supplemental election is now complete.
The ESIP Federation has a new Vice President (Chris Lenhardt, ORNL) and
Chair, Constitution and Bylaws (Michael Goodman, NASA MSFC).  Both will
serve on the ESIP Federation's Executive Committee.
 
In addition, the Assembly has adopted the proposed strategic plan. The
final plan is now posted on the ESIP Federation wiki at
http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Image:StrategicPlan_2009-2013_FINAL.pd
f.  The Executive Committee will continue to work on the plan's
implementation and will review the plan's goals and objectives during
the next five years.
