[ESIP-all] ESIP Products and Services Committee restart

The ESIP Products and Services Committee is restarting after a year or two of hibernation.  The scope of the Committee includes topics (depending on interest) such as:

Metadata 
 Improving metadata standards and compliance
 Metadata for data quality, services, and provenance
 Metadata harvesting and exchange

Inventory
 Implementing a Federation-wide inventory
 Permanent dataset names, registries, and identifiers
