[ESIP-all] GEO plenary

At the recent GEO meeting, Arthur W. Rolle, the director of the Department
of Meteorology for the Bahamas came by the ESIP booth to inquire about
assistance in setting up an Air Quality group.  This is a new venture for
them and our help would be greatly appreciated.  If there is anyone who
