[ESIP-all] Federation Committee Chair vacancies

ESIP Colleagues,

The recent Federation election for Committee Chairs and officers left three Committee Chair positions vacant, where no candidates stepped up to fill the seats. Therefore, this is an additional call for candidates for any of the three open positions:

-Chair of Community Engagement Committee
-Chair of Commercial Development Committee
-Chair of Products and Services Committee

If you are interested in serving as Chair of one of these Committees or wish to nominate someone, send the nomination to: carolbmeyer at esipfed.org and erinrobinson at esipfed.org by Monday, January 31, 2011. A virtual election will be held at that point to fill positions with candidates. One nomination has already been received. New Committee Chairs will take office immediately and continue through the 2012 Winter Meeting. Before nominating someone, please be sure that you have the consent of that person.
