Good Morning!

First thing, because of the way the monthly calls fell this month, there
are no collaboration area calls this week.

Second, after a great kick-off to the ESIP
Commons<http://commons.esipfed.org/>at the Summer
Meeting <http://commons.esipfed.org/proceeding/Summer%20Meeting%202012>, we
are looking to expand the content that is saved there. *Please send links
of work on the ESIP wiki you'd like to preserve on the ESIP Commons. *

Finally, speaking of the ESIP Summer Meeting - last chance to give
feedback<http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/985522/ESIP-Summer-2012-Meeting-Evaluation>.
Plenary videos will be posted this week. Bruce Caron's talk on ESIP
Creativity is already on YouTube <http://youtu.be/gLIMp0cV87I>. Check it
out and leave him a comment!

NCEAS requests proposals for Working Groups, with research to begin before
the end of 2012. Funding is available for 6-12 projects. Projects with
explicit applications to biodiversity conservation, natural resource
management, or disease ecology are of particular interest, but we will
consider any topic that is aligned with our broader mission. Project
co-funding is also welcomed. Principal investigators are strongly
encouraged to contact NCEAS (proposal at nceas.ucsb.edu) to briefly discuss
ideas before submitting proposals. Find full information on the NCEAS
