[ESIP-all] Feedback to Draft National Climate Assessment Report

As a follow on to the Kathy Jacobs' presentation at the ESIP Federation
meeting (Jan. 2013), the ESIP Federation would like to provide a
coordinated set of inputs to the draft National Climate Assessment report.**

We could serve NCA well with comments relating to user needs and how to
address them, such as access to relevant data and actionable information,
visualization, GCIS, and overall decision support. Education and Training
is also very important (awareness, impact on lives, getting over denial
etc.).****

As a community of data and technical practitioners, we have provided a form
to help you provide your feedback in the form of a *use case*. Some
examples are provided in the context of a superstorm as a guide.****

Please take a few moments to complete this brief form so that the ESIP
Federation might provide a representative response from this community. All
responses must be submitted by March 31, 2013.
