[ESIP-all] ESIP Federation Summer Meeting and NASA/NASA Contractor Participation

world where affiliations are sometimes blurry, I have chosen to cast the
net widely.


As you are keenly aware, conference attendance has been impacted by the
current budget. Our colleagues at NASA have entered the ESIP meeting into
the NASA Conference Tracking System (NCTS). For NASA civil servants and
contractors, the ESIP Summer Meeting is considered to be a conference and
attendees must follow NASA’s guidance for conference attendance. In order
to be considered for attendance, you must register in the NCTS at least 60
days in advance of the meeting (May 5 to be safe). If you are an offsite
contractor who cannot access the NCTS, please coordinate with your NASA POC
to have your name entered. The link to the system is:
