The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, Alabama is announcing a job opening for a position as an Earth Science Remote Sensing scientist with an emphasis on Earth science informatics. This is a permanent, full time NASA civil servant position.  In addition to the research duties, the successful candidate will serve as the manager of the MSFC Global Hydrology Resource Center (GHRC) Distributed Active Archive Center (DAAC).

This job announcement will be posted on USAJOBS.gov on Thursday, 29 August 2013 and will be open until Monday, 16 September 2013.
