Hello ESIP, a gentle reminder... then back to your BBQ!

The Visioneers working group will be having its first call on TUESDAY,
September 3 at 10am PDT/1 pm EDT.

This is the kick-off planning call for January's meeting.

Everyone is invited to join the visioneering effort. This is a working
group that reports directly to the Ex Com.

We will be recapping the Summer meeting and then jumping into the
opportunities and issues of the January 2014 meeting in DC.

Join in if you want to have a voice in the meeting organization... if you
just want to drop in a make a suggestion or a complaint, that's good too.

Everything that you really like about the ESIP meetings has been a product
of the years of visioneering that have gone into these (and the great,
great staff). [The stuff that failed we blame on some cluster that no
longer exists.]

We will be starting discussions on themes, plenary speakers, break-outs,
poster sessions, and perhaps some new ideas too.

Hope to talk to you next week.

cheers

bruce caron, WG chair
