[ESIP-all] FUNding Friday happy hour - and delicious voting breakfast tomorrow

Hello ESIP Friends,

This email has two purposes:

1)      Invite and encourage you to join us tonight for the FUNding Friday happy hour, at 5:30 PM at the Incline Bar & Grill (same place we met up for the jam session on Tuesday).  Come, meet other folks with good ideas, and propose an innovative science data idea using the power of a poster. ESIP will provide all the poster supplies, and then your posters will be displayed tomorrow morning for voting.  Winning proposals can get up to $5,000 (member proposals) and $3,000 (student proposals).



2)      Tempt and entice all ESIP attendees to breakfast tomorrow in the foyer, 7:45 until the first session at 8:30.  At the breakfast, you will have a chance to view the posters from tonight and vote on which projects should get Funding.  The breakfast will be BIGGER than the past couple of days, and include all sorts of delicious proteins in addition to the fruit and pastry fare.  So no excuse - you can even come in your pajamas.  Exercise your right to vote, and support the innovative projects being born at this meeting.
