[ESIP-all] Registration for the 2nd Gregory G. Leptoukh Online Giovanni Workshop

The 2nd Gregory G. Leptoukh Online Giovanni Workshop is next week!   It's time to register now so that you can attend the live presentations and the Global Poster Session.   See below for links to the agenda and abstracts.   Note that on the first day of the workshop, there will be status update on Giovanni-4, the next generation of this powerful data visualization interface.

This event is FREE and open to the public;   earth scientists; professionals involved in earth science, environmental science, public health, natural hazards, climate change, and conservation; university professors; teachers; and both college and high school students are all likely to find something of interest at the workshop.

Presentations are being given live by researchers in Israel, Oman, Greece, England, and the United States.  Posters are provided from researchers in Ecuador, India, England, and Nigeria, and also several from the United States.   This is truly an INTERNATIONAL event giving an overview of how Giovanni is used in a wide variety of scientific research.

Global Poster Session Registration Information:
To register for the Global Poster Session, simply send your email address to james.g.acker at nasa.gov<mailto:james.g.acker at nasa.gov> with the Subject: Giovanni Workshop Global Poster Session Registration".
Registration for the live presentations is not necessary to participate in the Global Poster Session.  The preferred email addresses of poster authors will only be sent to registrants on the Global Poster Session mailing list.   Registration for the live sessions will not also register a participant for the Global Poster Session, though the posters will be viewable online by the public.
