[ESIP-all] GHRC has shiny new web site!

We are pleased to announce the initial release of our new GHRC web site.  The updated site features:
- Clean, modern look, designed around science themes and project areas.
- New menus for improved site navigation
- Prominent links on the home page and a search box on every page to make getting to our data easy.

We will be migrating additional content into the new site over the coming months.
