[ESIP-all] AGU Session Advertising Overwhelm

Hi All -

It was a great week last week at ESIP! Presentations will be posted in the
next week to wrap up. Thanks to all who participated.

We are getting a ton of AGU session promotions to ESIP-All and that is
great. I have had a few direct emails that all the session ads are starting
to pile up. I want to be respectful of everyone's inbox and make sure that
sessions are missed because they are lost in the shuffle.

In an effort to help get the right people to these sessions, here is the
list of ESIP Collaboration areas (esipfed.org/collaboration-areas). Please
check these and send to lists that might be relevant with a specific note
why this session may be a fit or reach out to the collaboration area chair
for help promoting to the group. In addition, we'll pull the AGU emails
we've received to-date together and push these out through the Monday
Update. If you have a session to be included send to me and we'll
add. Finally, I'm happy to help brainstorm speakers if you are feeling
stuck and not getting enough submissions.

If you have other ideas on how we might publicize AGU sessions and get
people to submit abstracts, while not overwhelming the list please let me
know.
