[ESIP-all] Important dates coming up for the 2017 ESIP Winter Meeting

Some things to do before you head out to San Francisco!


*Registration*:

Early registration (through December 11, 2016) is $415 for members and $550
for non-members. After December 11, the registration fee rises to $515 for
members and $650 for non-members. The student registration fee is $150. A
special one-day rate is available for $200. A full refund will be given
until December 11. No refunds will be issued for canceled registration
after December 11.

*Posters and Demos*:

Indicate your intention to do a poster/demo in your Meeting Registration. <
https://www.regonline.com/builder/site/?eventid=1887546>.


THEN: By COB December 14 (Wednesday) SUBMIT YOUR POSTER/Demo ABSTRACT. You
may modify this until December 21 for printed program inclusion.
Modifications after that will not be reflected in the printed program.


This year's poster session will be held Wednesday, January 11th during the
evening reception. Poster abstracts are submitted digitally to
the ESIP Commons by creating an account
<http://commons.esipfed.org/user/register> (if you don't have one already)
or simply logging in, and then creating a poster
<http://commons.esipfed.org/node/add/poster>. Choose the 2017 Winter
Meeting for the event. Posters should be no larger than 3' x 4'
(landscape). All final versions of poster abstracts must be added by
December 21, 2016 to be included in the printed program. Questions? Email

SPACE IS LIMITED. Posters/demos will be considered in the order they are
registered.
