[ESIP-all] PyTroll Contributor Week -Madison WI, May 13-17

Heads-up! The next PyTroll Contributor Week (PCW) will be held in 
Madison, WI, this spring. This is the first time this meeting will be in 
the western hemisphere! The PCW will be from May 13th to May 17th.

The PCW is a 5 day meeting of software developers and those interested 
in working with earth-observing satellite data. Each day is spent 
primarily programming (designing, debugging, writing) and collaborating 
with others. Due to the “hackathon”-like nature of this meeting 
attending all 5 days is not required.
