Dave's bio is attached and his presentation title is "Secure Public-Private Collaboration with On/Off GeoIntelligence (GEOINT) Data Sharing Across Platforms, Devices and Sectors".

Dave will provide an interactive conversation during his presentation and LIVE demonstration of GeoCollaborate.  He will describe what is needed to build cross-sector and agency trust that is an essential foundational element to build successful PPP engagement and identify use cases they have been working with The All Hazards Consortium and their SISE (Sensitive Information Sharing Environment) group.
