[ESIP-all] Position opening on the ESDIS Project at NASA GSFC!

GSFC will be opening a GS-14 Software Systems Engineer position to work on NASA’s Earth Science Data and Information Systems (ESDIS) Project TOMORROW and close on 6/28/21.  This position is located at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and is coordinated for ESDIS by the Software Engineering Division, Science Data Systems Branch. Although teleworking is permitted, you will have to come to GSFC to work. Also be sure to have a copy of your transcript to upload.  It can be unofficial at this point and then later you will be asked for an official transcript. In this position, ESDIS is looking for someone to participate in science data systems operations, lead development and operations at archive and processing centers, review data and metadata management and activities, and implement new components of the EOSDIS.  There will be lots of coordination opportunities.  You will get to work with other Agencies, academia and other NASA Centers on state-of-the-art software development and interfaces.
