[ESIP-all] History of the People of ESIP (HOPE) -- Participants needed at the

Hi ESIP community,

I hope to see many of you next week at the meeting.

Two students and I from the University of Tennessee's College of Communication and Information's Land Grant Films [http://www.landgrantfilms.org/] are conducting short interviews/oral histories of the variety and multitude of amazing people working in Earth science data.

Last year, one of our 2023 FUNding Friday projects [https://www.esipfed.org/funding-friday-microfunding-marker-magic/#hope] set out to collect stories of ESIP's 25-year history. The "History of the People of ESIP (HOPE)" is working with a student media team and will be recording interviews at the ESIP Meeting in Asheville. They will take place on the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the conference.

If you'd like to share your story please contact me and we can start scheduling the dates/times that work best for you.
