[Esip-cdf] Authentication/Registration document

Dear CDF member,

I have belatedly taken some time to clean up the summary of our user registration/authentication document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YrwHUIBtJEO0Qju4Q8a8BIk7065QGDcJ854u0Zt8-5s/edit). It is framed as a representation of the CDF discussion, so if there is anything you are not comfortable with in the document, please let me know. I’ll keep it open for comment through our July 18th ESIP Data Repository session.

I’m also happy for any additional comments or suggestions for improvement, though in the interests of getting this finalized I would like to keep the scope the same, i.e. this is a summary of a CDF discussion, not a formal journal publication-style work with exhaustive bibliography, etc.
