[Esip-cdf] Future meeting meeting topics

Dear CDF members,

After this month's CDF meeting we now have three talks lined up for future
meetings.

Next month Shelly Stall will give a talk about the interaction between
journal, DataCite and data repositories. Deep details on workflows,
reference problems, and possible future work needed for better journal/data
repository interoperability and cooperation. Title TBD.

In October Jerry Carter from the EarthScope Consortium will give a
presentation titled "Dealing with Large Datasets: the perspective of the
seismo-geodetic data repositories". We should get some good insights on
problems solved and ongoing with managing large datasets.

In January Christine Kirpatrick will present on federally supported (and
other?) infrastructure resources. Title TBD.

We are still looking for a November topic and speaker. Please feel free to
email if you have any suggestions or would like to volunteer. Hope to see
you at the next meeting.
