Hi Andrea,

You are receiving this email because you submitted or were listed as an
organizer for a breakout session to be held at the 2021 ESIP Summer Meeting
<https://2021esipsummermeeting.sched.com/info>. *Thank you for your
contribution and congratulations, your session has been accepted!*

The meeting will be virtual over 1 week, beginning on Monday July 19th and
concluding on Friday July 23rd. We are committed to helping you think
through virtualizing your session and hope that you will also take
advantage of the opportunity to work with the session facilitation experts,
Charley and Fisher, who will again be helping us plan the best virtual
sessions possible.

With that information in mind, here is the link to a DRAFT schedule for you
to COMMENT ON (using the 'insert comment' feature in the Google
spreadsheet) if you think you have a conflict to be resolved:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GhbTvyc8CY9Sp0cc8TNEFdfD3x6uj_sW_i4rMOF80Kc/edit#gid=1190381363

*Please NOTE: Conflicts involving a double-booked speaker or session lead
are considered highest priority to resolve.* We will do our best to resolve
conflicts, but we also remind you that all sessions will be recorded and
accessible shortly after they take place. *All comments must be received by
COB Thursday May 7th, 2021.* After that point, the schedule will be
transferred to our Sched application. Once we have the Sched version, you
may update your session details. You'll get more instructions about that in
the future.

As you review the agenda, please note any sessions that seem similar in
scope to your own and consider reaching out to those session leads to
coordinate content across your sessions to make sure you are not
duplicating efforts. There are a number of AI/ML and semantics sessions,
where more coordination or mutual awareness might be beneficial. If you
would like any help in making these connections, let me know.

ESIP Staff and the Meetings Committee are working together to make
meaningful adjustments to realize the opportunities of another fully
virtual meeting. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Looking forward to another great meeting,
Megan
