Hi Arika.

  Thanks for following through with the edits and submitting the session
topic.  Hopefully the planning will continue to shape up and we'll have a
really great session.

  I think that the example communities give people an idea of what is meant
by place based communities.  I will seek some more detail that may be
helpful in discussing the Oak Bluffs, MA example, which could be used to
illustrate this concept at the onset of the session, or could be brought up
during the group discussion as needed.
