[Esip-datareadiness] Preliminary AI-Ready Data Survey Results & Cluster January Meeting [Jan 12, 2022]

Hi all--

Just as an FYI, I made two changes to these files. Some of the rows in the
spreadsheet were cut off, so I resized several rows (thanks Seth!). I also
noticed that the chart on slide 20 left off two of the file formats (Vector
& EPT), so that image has been replaced.
