Do you want us to jump in and fill it out, or send you our suggestions?

One mod I would make to the table of standardized links is to add the standard MIME-type for the search: 
rel="search" type="application/opensearchdescription+xml".  (This is currently the OpenSearch convention, and is critical for the two-step federated search.)

Another recommendation is to have separate rows for the OPeNDAP enclosure and a "regular" data download enclosure, esp. since that is what started all the ruckus.

Also, did you envision using just the string "OPeNDAP" for the esip:serviceProtocol, or replacing it with a namespace URI, like http://opendap.org/DAP/3.1 (or whatever the latest version is)?
